Sara Evans

Sarah Sarah Sara SaraSara Evans has only had only one dream in her life she has always wanted to compose and sing country music. Evans stated to John Meroney, of American Enterprise: "God placed me there for me to perform." "It's what I am passionate about to do more than anything, and I'm going to achieve it." Evans also wanted to be popular by going back to traditional country music, which was influenced by famous artists like Patsy Cline and Hank Snow. Evans was also influenced to some extent by George Jones, Tammy Wynette as well as Patty Loveless. Evans began her career in the late 1990s as many aspiring country singers turned to popular songs. Her debut in 1997, True Lies, was an example. True Lies, though it received positive reviews and was nominated by the Academy of Country Music for the top female vocalist of 1998 however, was not able to create any impact. Thus, for her follow-up release, 1998's No Place That Far, Evans bowed to producers, who convinced her to expand her repertoire and eventually, she received the appreciation she'd always wanted since childhood. Sara Evans was born February 5th, 1971 at Columbia, Missouri. Sara Evans was raised with six siblings.
